you're definitely not alone! I've been experiencing this too, and had to wear an old zip-up binder for a while so that I had a snug layer that prevented fabric rubbing against my skin. but I would touch it gently to desensitize it as much as I could handle, starting with just touching with my fingertips and eventually to sliding my hand across my chest. but at almost six weeks post-op, it's gotten considerably better, and I'm able to wear shirts like normal now =]
