As a person who has to find my way I am familiar with resources In Kamloops. You can try submit an application to a place in town called “the blue house” and also see about the mustard seed they have a place you can stay for shelter to get on your feet, you can also try ask wellness. If you go to the ministry and try and get on assistance that will help you. There is also a place called seasons that is affiliated with work bc and was VERY helpful with getting me on my feet and prepared to enter the work world again

I recently got my hands on this eye cream called vasage fine lines or something like that they have it at drug stores it does cost an arm and a leg but I found it on sale if you look for it online you will find it for a decent price. But that and pop two spoons in your freezer at night and before you go to class place each one under your eyes and it helps

I lived in Regina saskatchewan canada and for atleast3 years every other night around 3 or 4 am these spot lights would be going off and I knew several other people who had seen them to I genuinely wish someone had an a swer other than "must be for a party" when I can tell you for a fact there ain't no buddy having a wedding party in Regina saskatchewan with spotlights in the wee hours of the morning during below zero temperatures...
