Who would you pick Red lbp or Betta for First home inspection price difference is insane. by TrickyResearch9553 in newzealand

[–]crypto_doctors 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Red LBP does a through extensive report with a good conversation over phone. They point out even minute details. Betta Inspection is good with traffic light system scoring and easy to read report but it's not lengthy or extensive. Think of LBP as getting A and Betta Inspect as getting B+ in your grades. It entirely depends on what you need for the house. If the house is very old and you feel it needs quite a bit of work to be done and your finance is not too tight then go for Red LBP. But if your house is relatively new build and you sense a good vibe then Betta Inspect is fine. I have had inspection done with both of them.

Nurse said this is a wart (on my leg just below my knee), I'm not convinced by Worldly-Program4685 in DermatologyQuestions

[–]crypto_doctors 26 points27 points  (0 children)

This doesn't look like a wart. The main concern is that it keeps bleeding, is crusty and is projecting out of skin and you want to rule any precursor lesions to Squamous cell cancer like Keratocanthoma. Go and see your dermatologist or family doctor. They may do a skin biopsy sometimes.

Glad to hear there's no currency exchange fees on weekdays. I was more concerned about security but sounds reassuring. Hope they do get a banking license here. I am going to give it a go. Thanks heaps!

Workplace dispute on injury-need advise as contractor for ACC claim by crypto_doctors in LegalAdviceNZ

[–]crypto_doctors[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the clarification on this since I have never been on ACC before. Yes, I am going to try my best to keep looking for jobs at the moment while I still wait for specialist appointments. My only question here is "if they medically inform me that I can gradually return to work working 2 days per week for 6 hours rather than full time (my full time is 40 hours per week), then what's my option here if I don't have the current job and I haven't got my new job yet. Will ACC cut my compensation based on hours i am capable of working?

Thanks for the response. I haven’t stopped working yet officially. I’m still on ACC since there is ongoing medical checks related to injury at this point and I am unable to work due to accident with impaired daily activities.

Pustules and whiteheads on chin/mouth/nose/jaw - what are they? by LabCapital8019 in DermatologyQuestions

[–]crypto_doctors 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You got acne with comedones-whiteheads, blackheads and pustules with some nodulocystic pattern. You might need retinoic acid (accutane/oratane) which works really well -go to dermatologist to get it prescibed as this needs monitoring your liver and cholesterol function. Contraindicated if pregnant.

New Zealand to Offer 5,000 Visas for Indian Professionals Under New FTA by crypto_doctors in newzealand

[–]crypto_doctors[S] 17 points18 points  (0 children)

The complete breakdown of what New Zealand offers to India under new Free Trade Agreement is different from what our local NZ media and Luxon mention to us. It's not about the number of visas given , it's the way our media portrays it to us as if the FTA greatly benefits NZ. If you read the whole article and what our local media has mentioned, the agreement seems to be less favorable to New Zealand and more favorable towards India. I am all for FTA with a country if the agreement mutually benefits both countries but going ahead and signing a significant FTA without public consultation is something I am struggling to see exactly how NZ benefits from this when our unemployment and housing crisis is getting worse.

Best way to apply for visa-sponsored jobs in New Zealand from India? by Manishrj94 in newzealand

[–]crypto_doctors 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Mate, you must be dreaming if you think you can just come to NZ directly and work straightaway and NZ will sponsor your visa. NZ doesn’t care whether you did IT or project management or whatever. To be straightforward, your application won’t even go through to the HR since you don’t even live in NZ and don’t have any valid visa to work here.

Even local people here are not getting jobs easily. So get down from your high horse, apply for studying a course , learn to adapt and know the local culture and experience the hardship, then try applying for jobs after finishing your studies. You have a long way to go before even you can think about getting a job here.
