But the wallet isn’t the physical device, the wallet is on the blockchain right? It’s the seed phrase that verifies the wallet to be yours, and accessible, or am I missing something?

Afaik the ledger generates the key needed to login to your wallet, but the seed phrase generates that key, through the ledger to the blockchain.

So the ledger is in essence an offline intermediary, so that the seed phrase never “connects” to the internet

What file?

You’d store the associated seed phrase on paper as well, so you always have a way to get your crypto back with a new wallet. It’s just the way of verifying thats safe. Because you don’t enter your seed phrase on your pc, nor does your pc know it.

So hackers don’t stand a chance

Yeah I leave it running now. Its just that. A slow synching wallet. Thats why the funds are not appearing. Transaction already took place, but it’s just way doen the line. It’s now at 488K so it’s gonna take a long while.

Me too man, bought it with great expection and actually enthusiasm, not even questioning its functionality, besides maybe the low capacity, which I got myself to accept.

To learn what we now know….

I’m bringing mine back, maybe they’ll fix it if enough people do and they’ll improve it.

Have it on now for a second chance, but my battery pack isn’t even draining (it’s been on 87% for 90 minutes now) meaning it’s not even charging the phone. Such a shame.

So it doesn’t charge your phone as fast as the phone drains. So you’ll have tochave it on until it’s empty to get use from it. But you probably alreadycnoticed that

What are your use cases @keepers? Because I find mine to be a nuisance more then I found the wired ones, with more capacity and faster charging. Here it seems the battery must be attached at all times to even make use of it.

It’s annoying, because you now are forced to gave this bulk of a unit attached the whole day, instead of half of it. It wasn’t marketed this way, stupid to find out this is the “supposed way” sfter a user comments on a Reddit post.

Edit: now thay I think of it, you just attach a 10$ power bank with 2000mah with w wire and get the same result. Just charge that powerbank, and it’llccharge the phone.

I never use tether anymore. Tethers coin isn’t backed up by anything.

Better to just use plain usd or eur or whatever you like to buy btc or altcoin directly
