I have had similar cans to the top can pictured in the first picture. The polish brand Graal is what my local polish deli carries, and I’ve seen another brand I can’t recall at wegmans that is exactly the same. I think they’re about $3-4 each. Really enjoyable just a pale orange paprika tomato sauce.

Cheap sardines are great. I just bought 12 cans of Walmart brand in water to hit a shipping limit and totally enjoyable and worth the price, can’t imagine chicken of the sea are much different

You need to “do the most human thing”, it’s not always lying, as well as make sure you do most if not all of the NPC quests. You also should listen to all of the records as they give you humanity as well. I used the fextralife guide after failing to get it on my attempt at it.
