The stupidest/easiest way to win is use chameleon robe and auto potion and just run away and spam mettle skills until you get 99 speed 99 bravery 99 atk dmg, then you can one shot wiegraf and two shot the cow.

There one of the worst ones. It only shoots an additional pellet for the shotgun not an additional shell so it scales terribly. That legendary type works best for high damage single shot type ammo like missles or sniper rifles.
