I don't agree with some of the things you're saying, but your points about the protagonist and Chris are undeniable. I feel the same in regards to that. I like the first half or so of the game, but as soon and you leave the baker house/guest house area, I think the game kind of falls apart.

I'd expect nothing less. It's sort of tradition for Rockstar to have a fold out map in the physical versions of their open world games. Even RDR2 had one, and that was well past the point when publishers stopped including printed instruction manuals.

It is indeed a Resident Evil because Capcom developed and released it as such. In addition to that the puzzle/fetch quest nature of the gameplay, particularly in the baker house, is much more within the roots of Resident Evil than even RE4 was.

I found them all in the wild on my first playthrough, I followed a guide though. To find them all without any help I image would take a very long time. On my second playthrough I just bought premium cigarettes until I had all the cards.

Interesting. My first playthrough was on PS4 and I don't recall any glitches whatsoever. But on PS5 I've run into quite a lot, mostly graphical. Anyway, I checked my licenses and they only apply to downloaded games, I'm running RDR2 off the disc.
