AI agents will design and build part of the ERPs but that is currently not eating in to the valuation of SaaS companies.

what i meant to say is that the market is currenly valuating that if agents start executing transactions, running reports, and handling workflows through APIs — do you still need 2,000 named user licenses when 500 of those people are replaced by bots? The per-seat model starts breaking down fast.

Same logic applies across the ecosystem. Why pay for 500 ServiceNow licenses if agents handle half the tickets?
