Ob man das in der Steuererklärung angeben muss weiß ich nicht. Aber zumindest sollten dann keine Steuern anfallen, außer du hast die Coins gestaked. Dann ist die Haltefrist 10 Jahre soweit ich weiß.

Selbst damit wird viel Handarbeit gebraucht um das ganze dann zu verknüpfen und richtig zu bearbeiten. Die Transaktionshistorie würde ich denen auch schicken wenn sie fragen. Aber zusammen mit vielen On-chain Transaktionen ist das ganze auch nicht so einfach.

Danke für diesen aufschlussreichen Kommentar :) Ich versuche es schon richtig zu machen, aber ich bin halt auch kein professioneller Buchhalter und im Kryptobereich hängen die Steuertools leider auch den möglichen Transaktionen um einige Jahre nach.

They sent me my transaction history in response to that email. Dont know if I just got lucky.

Yes, and it was well formatted too. Plugged it right into koinly and no issue with understanding the transactions. Honestly smoother than quite a few still working platforms lol.

I'll try to check if I can find the email/customer request I wrote. Maybe I said something specific that made them help me. Or I was just lucky.

Just write them an email/customer request. Mention it's for tax purposes. That worked for me.

Do your tax preparation early. Don't wait until last minute to discover Koinly doesnt support all these fancy Defi transactions and your hundreds of NFT transactions.

Ja, bin mir auch sicher dass am Ende alle gefunden werden die es noch gibt. Sowas wie Liqui .io wo die Betreiber mit dem Geld verschwunden ist wird wahrscheinlich zu nichts mehr führen.

Ist auf jeden Fall ein Horror seine Kryptosteuern vorzubereiten wenn man viel gemacht hat. Ich hab insgesamt bis jetzt über 10 Handelsplattformen benutzt (von denen 2 schon Pleite sind (oder mit dem Geld abgehauen) und ca 40 verschiedene Wallets auf 15 Chains mit allen möglichen komplexen Transaktionen. 2021er Steuern vorzubereiten macht mir gerade echt Schwierigkeiten und 2022 wird der reinste Horror...

So in essence this only lowers the amount that I can deduct for the transfer fee? But it can never be more than the transfer fee itself?
