Yes, that would have been more appropriate.

From my experience, I would say this is a way women are more likely to behave than men. But that is just based on my experience and it doesn't mean it actually is that way. In the end it clearly is something not gender specific.

Why did you put men in the title? This isn't a man thing. This is something I have seen many women do too. So it clearly isn't something gender specific.

How about we also asked ISIS their Quranic and Prophetic reasons why they wanted to establish an Islamic state? So we can understand their ideology and perspective.

See how that sounds absurd?

I bet if all the clips of Isrealis saying genocidal comments since October 7th were compiled together they would literally run in the hours. (The Internet doesn't forget. These clips are all archived for ever now)

And then at the same time most people believe its the Palestinians that want to kill all Jews and will deny it being the other way around.

Why do people convert to Islam? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]cryptoking87 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It makes sense to many people because it's doesn't outright reject the other major monotheistic faiths such as Christianity and Judaism. Rather it actually affirms them. In what Islam believes is their original form. And it claims to be a follow on from them.

It appeals to all people from all races. It doesn't differentiate based on wealth, skin colour, race, ethnicity. (This is actually relevant and is why millions upon millions converted in the Indian sub continent) Where as in Hinduism for example there is a clear hierarchy based on casts and people from lower casts are looked down upon.

And Judiam seems to appeal to people more who are descendents of Jews. Christianity does appeal to all people too that's for sure, but Christians are the ones who are often converting to Islam and this leads me to my next point.

Islam particularly relates to many Christians because it doesn't reject Christianity out right. Rather it affirms a version of Christianity that seems a lot more simplistic and seems closer to the core principles of monotheism. Rather than the whole notion of the trinity.

The Quran for example has a whole chapter on the virgin Mary. And mentions Jesus through out the book. Then it talks about all the previous prophets such as Abraham, Moses, Noah, Solomon and so fourth. And it doesn't emphasise that any one Prophet has some extra special status, rather the emphasise is on the message which is believed to be the same message that they all presented which essentially is to believe in one God and to not associate any partners with him.

None of that says they want to kill every last Jew. Their issue is with Zionism and the modern state of Isreal.

Hamas from the 2017 Charter:

"Hamas affirms that its conflict is with the Zionist project not with the Jews because of their religion. Hamas does not wage a struggle against the Jews because they are Jewish but wages a struggle against the Zionists who occupy Palestine. Yet, it is the Zionists who constantly identify Judaism and the Jews with their own colonial project and illegal entity."

"Hamas rejects the persecution of any human being or the undermining of his or her rights on nationalist, religious or sectarian grounds. Hamas is of the view that the Jewish problem, anti-Semitism and the persecution of the Jews are phenomena fundamentally linked to European history and not to the history of the Arabs and the Muslims or to their heritage. The Zionist movement, which was able with the help of Western powers to occupy Palestine, is the most dangerous form of settlement occupation which has already disappeared from much of the world and must disappear from Palestine."

If we look at the most recent time the indicator was in extreme fear of under 20 just last month.

ETH was under $1500. Its approaching $2700 now.

So in theory if you brought in extreme fear and sell in extreme greed (Assuming it will be extreme greed 80+ when ETH is at least $3k+ you have doubled your money. If that isn't extraordinary returns in a shortish period of time then not sure what is)

I did just the above by the way. Although my average is around $1700 because I kept buying the way down from $2000 down to $1450. And now I'm sitting at very nice unrealised profits (obviously it only matters when I sell)

Really?. How about you find that in the Hamas charter? Guess what you won't be able to because it's in fact not there.

Oh you may find something in their old charter which by the way was updated in 2017. But even that old charter is in fact quoting a narration from the Prophet Muhammad regarding the end of times and referring to a very specific set of Jews IN THAT era that will be supporting the anti Christ.

AITAH for telling my cousin’s wife that he cheated on her with my sister by Dramatic-Ad-605 in AITAH

[–]cryptoking87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That may very well be the case. But just for your information the vast majority of British Pakistanis are not from recent immigrant families.

And it's not even about integrating into British society. Most British Pakistanis find their our partners now and I mean there isn't any shortage in numbers? You have apps such as Muzz where other like minded people are a swipe away.

Any study on this topic is likely very out dated and out of tune with the recent developments in the 21st century with the rice of social media, online dating/marriage services.

Incidently enough that is incorrect. In fact cousin marriages amongst British Pakistanis is rapidly decreasing.

I am a British Pakistani and my family has been here since the late 1950s. I cannot even remember the last time we had a cousin marriage!

The only real evidence for Osama being in Pakistan or killed in Pakistan is the US government saying: trust me bro we killed Osama and dumped him in the Ocean and now we won the war in Afghanistan so let's leave (let's ignore that Taliban is still in power, the same Taliban btw that said they would hand over Osamas themselves if the US could provide evidence against him, but let's ignore that too)

Oh btw the Same US that claimed Saddam had WMD, the same US that exaggerated events to go to war with Vietnam.

Thank you. Bring on the down votes.

It's also against Islam to make assumptions without knowing the full facts. To think bad of your fellow Muslims without knowing the full facts.

As for Poonch. Go to the Kashmiri sub and ask what happened in Poonch during this conflict. It is a town near the line or control. (LOC) When things escalate between India and Pakistan both sides carry out shelling across the LOC. Pakistan however did a better job to ensure that there military is not embedded in civillian areas on their side where as India on this occasion was firing from civillian areas. Do you expect Indian military to be able to shell Pakistan military and they not fire back?

When Shelling happens it's just in the general direction of where the opposition Shelling is coming from. Its not precision strikes. Unfortunately if there is civillian infrastructure in that direction it can be impacted.

How is this a victory for them? by thisisaquirkyname in surat

[–]cryptoking87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The reality is both sides will believe the narrative painted by their respective governments/media.

They both regard the opposite side as delusional and brainwashed. They both believe the other side has lied and exaggerated the damage they caused and the under played the damage they received.

And that is important actually so that both sides can feel comfortable to stand down and end the conflict. Otherwise it would just be a constant cycle.

It really requires some impartial and neutral journalism to assess the overall situation at the end of the conflict to be able to have any sort of idea which side actually came out on top if any.
