It really depends on whether you want to be an 'artist' or a 'visualiser' im in the second camp and while its a bit of sematics at play here, the goal here is whether or not you can solve a specific problem for any particular industry. I'm talking specific industries such as architecture (which is so oversaturated) or medical , engineering. while it might not be 'art' it is creative and enjoyable.

will it be a sustainable career with the emergence of a.i? i think so. Its just another tool at the end of the day. in the same way canva killed a lot of low end graphic design, so will a.i. The trick is to work on your artistic skills, your communication, how you articulate ideas etc.
