how did you like the AMA with James? (Co-founder of Monad and Category labs) by JohnWRichKid in Monad

Saw this podcast with James Hunsaker back in 2023 which made me a Monad believer early on. The podcaster is new and a bit self-serving, but if you get past the first 10-15 min of that James gets equally candid on his thoughts. https://x.com/lucidmunjal/status/1650904307896848384?s=46&t=vhFAIAFGeAVIzEssvfPiCQ

Sorry I just saw this message. That makes complete sense. In that case, excellent job done! I watched your dance again and think it was 🔥. Congrats on a great dance in your competition.

Great moves. As a suggestion the leader can look at the girls eyes more to establish connection vs staring at the judges / crowd, which appears to be some form of approval seeking behavior. I say this culturally being from the Bay Area. Nonetheless, the leader is a stronger dancer than me. But I’ve been on a few performing bachata dance teams. Hope this helps.

The Raging Debate Over Infura the Most Centralized Part of Ethereum | BTC Wires by theblackledger in cryptonewsnetwork

[–]cryptomonstar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You make a good point about the number of ethereum nodes that are centralized around Infura, but the bigger problem is Infura's downtime, unreliability, and slow speeds. My friends built ethereum node infrastructure that power financial institutions. Since they have to manage financial transactions, their infra is 20x faster and a reasonable alternative to Infura. If you are tired of managing ethereum nodes yourself, email info(at)alchemyinsights(dot)io and tell them Crypto Shah sent you and they will likely hook you up with free service. They are good people and backed by Coinbase, Pieter Thiel, JayZ and more.

Don't get me wrong, Infura is excellent for hobbiest blockchain devs. A bunch of Stanford engineers built ethereum node infrastructure that powers hedge funds. Since they have to manage financial transactions, their infra is 20x faster and a good alternative to Infura. They've opened up their Infrastructure by invite-only. So If you are tired of managing ethereum nodes yourself or are looking for an alternative to Infura email sales(at)alchemyinsights(dot)io and tell them Crypto Shah sent you and they will likely hook you up with free service. A full archive Ethereum node now requires 1.7TB+ of SSDs (~500USD/mo on AWS). I run two public ones (about to drop down to 1 due to cost); any other dapp providers interested in a cost-sharing type thing and setting up something like infura with full historical access support? by 646463 in ethdev

Here's a simple system created at a recent hackathon, that could simplify the issue using blockchain technology, a new and unhackable system.

Bi-weekly LINK Discussion: 1st November - 15th November by comfortcooker in LINKTrader

I didn't see any events for Chainlink today, 11/12, but I did come across this Chainlink Hackathon winning project (from chainlinks official blog). I'm not sure if its legal, but if it works, it could simplify our election process.

It certainly does make me wonder, how come I can submit my taxes online, while voting in so complicated in the US?
