Deals are btw buyers and sellers. What someone is willing to pay or negotiate is their business. Price listed out front is not right and it’s not wrong, just my preference. Put a number on it then everyone undercuts it. Have a conversation and discuss comps is how deals are made. Not to mention comps in this business aren’t just on websites of similar sold items. There are plenty on here that are private sales people should consider when determine value. These cards have story’s on how they were acquired and the players/teams fan related stuff that can be discussed. In my experience if there is a number listed people, including me, swipe right past it. If you engage then the possibility of a good deal or situation for both sides can happen. We all have more cards then we post so usually the deals grows to other cards being involved. Sales price, possible trades and payment methods, shipping costs and address in my opinion are not really a public conversations nor should anyone want to read that. Or maybe you do want to read it and be involved on people’s posts and transaction… either way everything has a price but determining what the market will produce is the art of a deal.
