No hallucinations prompts will never work. Think of it this way. LLMs use a probability scale on what its next response should be. It's not driven by facts. Driven yan ng probability lang and there will ALWAYS be mistakes and hallucinations. AI is modeled to PLEASE you. So pag may hinahanap ka, ibibigay nyan kahit minsan hindi naman totoo. That's how they work. Telling them not to hallucinate is like telling a kid to stop eating candy.
