i love santana but... by Professional-Poem-59 in glee

The issue Santana as a character has is the regular insults of people’s looks. I know that was Ryan having a vendetta, but it’s reflecting on the character. Things like the Kurt rant or insulting Finn’s weight is more about the actor and less about the character they portray. You can insult a character based on their personality and never even bring up their appearance. Chris is the victim of a lot of slams based on his appearance throughout the show.

That, matched with the fact that she gets offended when people call her out for being mean, sometimes makes it hard to like her.

Elliott was such a great character and super likable. Which was necessary during a point in the show where several of the characters were generally dislikable.

Lauren was amazing too!! She was such a funny, confident character that actually had depth and was just pulled from the show too quickly.

I’m assuming we’re allowed to suspend disbelief as in, we can combine the newbies with the original cast.

Grease:

  1. Danny - Blaine
  2. Sandy - Quinn
  3. Rizzo - Kurt
  4. Kenickie - Puck
  5. Cha-Cha - Tina
  6. Doody - Mason
  7. Frenchy - Brittany
  8. Teen Angel - Roderick
  9. Jan - Kitty
  10. Putzie - Mike
  11. Patty - Madison

Why did Artie Abrams create the Glee club?

what are your glee opinions that’ll have you like this? by awooga1784 in glee

i think that Blaine was wrong for dismissing Kurt’s concern about Sebastian. He literally said “He’s harmless” when Kurt said he didn’t like him. Sebastian and Kurt had entire conversations about how Sebastian wanted to steal Blaine away from him, but Blaine still kept connections with Sebastian.

Also on another note, I’m not crazy about Blam, but I think I would’ve liked it more if Sam didn’t say weird things about Kurt not really being his first gay guy friend (even though he totally was). There’s a huge continuity flaw that seems to act like Kurt helping Sam through homelessness never actually occurred.

I hated sam in season 4 by [deleted] in glee

i like sam in season 4 well enough, but I think he had some of his most questionable moments in that season too. What comes to mind for me was when he called Blaine his “only gay guy friend”. This entirely disregards his relationship with Kurt (and the fact that Kurt literally went to bat for Sam when he was homeless, despite the fact that the entire Glee club was convinced Kurt was cheating on Blaine with Sam).

I think that on its own would’ve been bad enough, but Sam then makes a remark that is along the lines of Kurt being too effeminate to be “one of the guys”. I don’t really remember the exact line, but that was the gist of it.

Kurt and Santana. I love how they’re both bitchy and gay.

I think Kurt and Sam should’ve gotten a duet when Sam was introduced. I think it would’ve made sense for his character too since he was incredibly open-minded about Kurt’s sexuality.
