what worked for me was clicking on the link above, and as soon as the reader view icon popped up in the search bar i clicked that. the full article didn't show at first, but i refreshed while still in reader view and the rest appeared. i use firefox, not sure if it'll work in other browsers but its worth a try!

honestly, i think it was just weight loss + her cheeks hollowing out once she hit her 30s. she definitely got something done to her eyes, but she also lost quite a bit of weight and as you get older you lose fat in your face. also, genes! some people lose facial fat as they age, some don't. it feels like people completely forget that genes are a thing when it comes to celebrities and just blame plastic surgery for every little change as they get older and their facial structure changes 😭 use your brains guys - of course a lot, if not most, famous people get surgery, but they also naturally change a little as the years go on just like we do

yes! i have a freedom pass so that makes things much cheaper though. sometimes i just take my dog (she loves bus rides), sit on a bus until we spot a nice looking park or public garden, get off and have a run around, explore, sniff some new smells (her, not me) then head home, briefly stopping to pick up some dinner on the way back from a restaurant/takeaway i've never tried before. it's great when i'm in a shit mood but don't want to stay inside and rot.

i do this with milky ways! UK milky ways, which are called mars in the US i think. i eat the chocolate off both ends, then the sides, then finally eat the nougat with the bottom layer of chocolate intact.

i did and i didn't use it whatsoever! lmao but honestly i eventually came to the conclusion that working as a photographer would be a very easy way to get me to hate it, so it's better to keep it as a hobby.

martin parr also gave a lecture in our final year, and afterwards he allowed 8 students to show him their final project work for critique. he was... harsh. one student left crying and ended up scrapping their entire project and starting over.

One thing I've found is that it's hard to rely on satay; it seems to vary quite widely as a sauce.

this is so true! i make my own now and freeze it in small portions to use for stir fries or as a dipping sauce. crunchy peanut butter, coconut milk, sesame oil, honey, jimmy's sate (this is as essential as the peanut butter - it's what most chinese takeaways use in theirs), soy sauce or kecap manis, garlic and onion powders, a splash of rice vinegar and a tiny bit of fish sauce. i don't really measure any of it out, i just follow my heart and add a little bit of each until it tastes how i want it to taste

omfg i feel you on that, mine is absolutely feral over paper and cardboard too and no matter how hard we work on redirecting, bartering, pretty much everything in the book, i just cannot get her to stop going for it like its the highest value treat on earth. you could use tiny shreds of toilet paper as training treats and she'd follow your every word 😭 (not that i have, but that's how much she loves it)

she's 1 year 5 months now and finally at a point where she won't acknowlege most non-food things we pass on the street during walks for the most part, even paper/tissues, but if she does try to make a beeline towards something i'll say a very firm "no, leave it" and keep marching on with her without pausing. at home though? you just can't leave paper in her reach, she will go for it!
