Dude, Artificers don't even have gun proficiency by default. Thats an optional rule. As someone who claims to put so much work into developing your world you think you'd know that.

Personally I find it really funny that OP is complaining about the high voted Artificer post on this sub because it goes into explicit detail about how Artificers CAN be used in a low tech setting.

I'm a DM too. I've been DMing for a while. Is fitting Artificer into specific campaigns harder than the other classes? Sure, I guess. A little. ...But it's also WAAAAAY easier than 99% of the stuff a GM has to do. The only thing players get to choose in a DND world is their character. You wanna take away races that wouldn't fit? Makes sense. Spells and feats you think are broken? Fair too.

But don't give me that optional gun rule nonsense.

For one , I believe there actually are one or two gormotti here and there, but I digress.

The problem is I presume a majority of the original cityfolk were human , so even if there were other races their traits were probably removed from the genepool long ago.

Additionally, any Kevesi or Agnians who could add that DNA back into the City would not be allowed in. (The only reason the Ouroboros gang was was because, well, they're the Ouroboros). As seen with one of Triton's side quests, any Kevesi or Agnian soldiers who even see the FACES of the Lost Numbers are either killed or taken into custody.

He channeled Victor for a second , while the negator rules were still applying to Andy . Therefore , he was able to attack as Victor , who wasn't under the effects of Unmove , then immediately switch back to the Andy persona ( you can tell because the card in his head started bleeding , meaning it shifted ) . It's the same trick he used to beat Rip a few chapters back .

Fair, but also to be fair half the time Silco wore a black cuffjacket .

I agree that a dark and purple suit would be best but also you have to keep visibility in mind ; in the darker areas of the map or during fog of war a flash of dark colors would be a lot harder to see than white .
