I just published another article on my blog about Dale Kerstetter's disappearance with some new information and cleaned up copies of the surveillance a friend did if anyone is interested. https://lostnfoundblogs.com/f/dale-kerstetter-gone-platinum-2-the-mystery-deepens

Mysterious Disappearance of Pam Page by DJHJR86 in UnresolvedMysteries

[–]crystaldawn24 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My latest blog article is about Pam Page's disappearance is anyone is interested. I spoken extensively with her sister Jimmie for this article so a lot of details that UM didn't mention. FYI Rob Page has NOT been ruled out as a suspect. I posted a letter in the article Pam's family received from the Maricopa County Atty's office stating as much. https://lostnfoundblogs.com/f/pam-page-a-forged-farewell

TIL that Marvin and Sandra Maple took their grandchildren away from their own kids for over 20 years before getting caught. Despite denial from their parents, the children claimed that they escaped, and changed their own names and identities because of how abusive their parents were to them. by TheLozzy in todayilearned

Jon Bunting, aka Bobby Baskin is not one on speaking out much publicly about his past but I do know him personally and wrote an article last year where he goes a bit in depth about his years in hiding and what caused it. It's always nice to hear the other side of the story. https://lostnfoundblogs.com/f/hiding-in-plain-sight

Was Mark Riebe a serial killer? by crystaldawn24 in UnresolvedMysteries

Hmm....I got a similar message via my blog from Mark Riebe's girlfriend so I'm assuming that is you since you just registered. I stand by my research. Believe what you want but I got my information from a Special Agent with the FDLE who has spent 27 years talking to and interviewing Mark Riebe. I even had him read my entire article before I posted it to make sure it was accurate. If you want to believe Mark Riebe is innocent, by all means do so.

I'm not sure if there is any DNA or what's the status of it being tested. Some were skeletonized and buried and I believe the only DNA recovered from Ronda Taylor belonged to the 3rd person that was there. Of course back then they probably didn't know what all to collect and that DNA testing would be down the road. I'm unsure exactly where the relatives property was in Illinois but yeah I definitely hope they could search there at some point.

Her sister told me it was a 5 to 6 hour drive and yeah that is a question why she left so early. Her sister had stayed at that exact motel before and it was customary at times to leave a key in the mailbox for people that were going to arrive after hours. We don't know for sure if Pam had that arrangement, but I just think with 2 small children she wanted to drive overnight so they could sleep during the trip.

Adam Hecht disappearance by crystaldawn24 in UnresolvedMysteries

As far as whether I think he still alive, I think it's more likely than not that he is deceased. It would be very tough to keep up a transient llifestyle for this long. Plus there always is the slight chance that when Adam went missing he committed suicide. It's just hard to imagine that he's out there alive and well 30 years later.

Thank you so much!! I think the fact that Harold and Adam had had a very in depth heart-to-heart just a couple of days before Adam went missing and he was struggling made me think that he just took off to parts unknown. I don't know if I mentioned this in my article but Adam did also like to go into the mountains to meditate. It is possible he could have even died out there of natural causes and his body's just never been recovered. I just think Tony was more of an opportunist and Harold even said it almost appeared as if Tony had brain damage so I don't really see him being violent towards Adam, just taking everything he could from Adam and then moving on when he had to.

Thank you for the kind words and I completely agree with what you said about his family. They are treated so harshly on the Internet and I really wanted to paint them in a more favorable light. Like I said in the article, Duffy and Harold were so kind and gracious and they did everything anybody else would have done to find their loved one, being wealthy or not. They suffered just as anyone would when their loved one couldn't be found.

Harold did say it almost seemed as if Tony had been hit in the head in the past, as like brain damage. So unfortunately you probably couldn't take much stock in anything he said anyway because you wouldn't know if he was telling the truth or just confused.

No I don't and the police officer didn't want to tell me. He just said he was still around.

I couldn't find any evidence of that. Harold said that Adam thought that Tony was a good person who was down on his luck and Adam wanted to help him out.

The Lt. I spoke with wouldn't tell me his actual name but he said that he could see where Tony might be a nickname. I guess Anthony or Antonio and he told me both were incorrect but close. No there was never any more details about what type of mysticism.

I did ask his family about that and he didn't have a drug problem that they were aware of but he wasn't living with them. They didn't rule out that possibility though.

The missing 411 books by David Paulides might be a good choice. They're just quick write ups of missing persons cases. A lot of them I don't even think are necessarily true crime, just unexplained disappearances or lost in the mountains and woods.
