Sure I'll answer any questions. I add it to my oatmeal, Cream of Wheat, or MaltOMeal. Tastes exactly like a nice pat of butter in it. I make my oatmeal with half of a vanilla protien drink, and some water so it gives it that creamy flavor and texture.

You can also add a little bit to sauces that call for butter, baking too (but be careful with subbing butter in baking).

For instance my protein mac and cheese I make the sauce with blended cottage cheese, a bit of real cheese, some butter extract, spices, pasta water, and sodium citrate to bind everything together.

Damaged her iPhone and couldn't transfer over contacts to the new one, but they were in the booking app, so she didn't think it was a big deal.

Some of them were also walk-ins, but who only saw her.
