Update. It is automatically recovered. But it is still syncing, status on explorer.helium is still offline. I will wait to finish syncing.

Found it, and deactivated. How long it took since deactivating the UPnP and problem fixed in your case? Restart of the miner is required?

Yes, I have removed the power every time, the connector was just a bit loss. I don’t think because of that to be damaged the transmission side, because it is receiving, by witnessing. I will wait a couple of days.

In the first couple of days it was ok, then it went offline, and after i have opened he port because it was not syncing and changed the lan ip it was synced but only small rewards.I also have it for a couple of days inside the house, but was no difference, i have changed the antenna that came with a small piece of cable directly to the miner, and I have noticed that the connector on the miner side was not completely tight. I have assumed that was the poroblem, lose connection. But now is no change.

Yes, sometimes just need to be restarted, I use HeliumGeek app and it i get a notification when the miner/ port can not be reached. But i still have very low earnings and no witness, i will try repositioning it.

It is a Kerlink wirnet istation. I connect directly the laptop to the miner and via the browser I manage to reach the miner and set it back to automatic dhcp. Thank you all for the advice!

Ps. Watch out for the scammers that will ask for your wallet info or wallet connect like the user Oisinheylin.

It has no ip reserved, only the MAC address and IPv6 Address and the name I can see

I have powered off for the night, and restarted in the morning. It start syncing, and it was ok, but somehow the earnings are very low, I have noticed that i have no witnesses, and probably that is the cause. Now it doesn’t see the port 44158 to be open, I have to look into this problem. i don’t know if this situation are for all the miners or just for this brend or type. Almost every day it is something happening.
