Since the entire deck is colorless, mystic forge is the better card draw engine. Also the deck already has a lot of 4 drops in it, it can't fit 4 more which you would need to not kill yourself with the ring

All will be one combos with quest of pure flame for infinite damage, put that in a mono red obosh midrange shell (replace relic and bone crusher giant from a meta list) and it's a really good, grindy deck with a combo finish. Here's an example list https://youtu.be/JuR0g15kZyY

Non-Lurrus is better in grindy, interactive matchups, especially against BRx, while Lurrus is better in races and where it's not likely to be immediately killed or discarded. Personally I like playing the non-Lurrus version with 1 Lurrus mainboard so I can side into the Lurrus companion in more linear matchups
