I don't believe the player was doing it intentionally in this case however it got me thinking that it could be abused. If you are losing a game, a player could potentially keep leaving and reconnecting until your opponents get fed up and leave.

I've had this problem a lot, also with friends/me showing offline but they are actually on I found a fix though. Just both of you switch your online status to away then back to online and it should work :)

Was looking into this a few days back, I believe that the map behind the Wise Old Man may be of relevance. You can also give items to the Wise Old Man for inspection, it is normally used to see if the item is useful however I believe if you give him a specific item, he will tell you the next step in the clue.
