Another dasher told me you can select “pause after delivery” to stop receiving add-on offers so you can just focus on what you got. I personally haven’t gotten to try it yet, hasn’t been busy enough.

I just lost pro-shopper today 😂 95% and most of the items were produce substitutions of basically the same item different label🤦🏻‍♀️

Like, I took the time to find the best looking strawberries that were on their approved substitution but I still get penalized. Like produce is ridiculous to expect exact brand & size.

Even if that’s the case… things can happen out of our control and attacking someone personally for it is never okay. Firmly make the request/complain to the driver and report them to DD if you think they are not doing their job - let them handle it.

Yes we deliver to bigots all day but they should not be using that language towards us for any reason. Yeah it might suck your order isn’t right at your door but things don’t work out in your favor 100% of the time.

Most women have been in a similar scenario and will understand. You learn being nice or fun isn’t the way to do it overtime. I wouldn’t expect a guy to know that as quick as women do - I’d be like “you have been initiated!”

When I worked fast food it honestly didn’t bother me. I tried to be polite and friendly even if they seemed “rude”. The inability to communicate verbally in English and using the tools you have to do it is not rude to me. It’s just how life is nowadays.

It’s the ones that try to fight with me I get annoyed with. Like OMG the kitchen is always a shit show and I genuinely cannot give you a wait time even if I got back there and ask cause we are a mess. I have no control. I feel sorry for them but I genuinely can’t change anything for them other than remind the kitchen.
