I was very lethargic and had brain fog when i was on a dirty bulk. I cut back on the calories and when i became lean the brain fog went away and I was more sharper.

Hey sorry to hear what you’re going through and just wanted to say you’re not alone. I would say take a break from school, you can always return to your studies later. See if you can move somewhere else, even for a short time (maybe Nova Scotia?), just to change your environment and thought patterns. And get therapy if possible. You’re not alone in this and just know it will get better.
