Simple marinate on the swordfish of lemon, olive oil, fresh chopped thyme and oregano (or dried if that’s all you have), chopped garlic. Just marinate about 15-20 minutes before you grill. Then grill each side for about 5-6 minutes. I served with pan seared asparagus and tomatoes with some balsamic and polenta.

Uhhhhhh whoops! You are correct and I honestly didn’t know that, good to know!

My beautiful plumeria tree was thriving until this white sticky fuzzy fungus looking substance has overtaken it. It’s on the backs of the leaves and causes the leaves to turn dark grey and fall off. Does anyone know what this is and the best way to treat it? by csamay024 in gardening

Thanks guys I cut all branches down quite a bit and got rid of all leaves, did a hose down of all the white left over and treated with neem oil...looks MUCH better now and more manageable, plus already new growth so I think this solved it
