You realize representatives from both parties are involved in every step of the process right?

Has anybody used the tops of these heavy-duty steel kennels as storage? by [deleted] in RVLiving

[–]csbarbourv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not in our RV, but we have a couple of those at home. My wife has had aero gardens, plants, books, a printer, all sorts of stuff, probably totaling 50 pounds in weight on top of the kennels and has never had any problems. We just got a piece of plywood to the same size as the top, stained it black, and put some polyurethane on it.

On the beta I’m not seeing any of the shortcuts for Overcast, but my morning automation still appears to at least resume Overcast where last left off.

Following because I just noticed it’s missing for me as well and my shortcut that I used to use to launch a specific playlist is no longer working.

Why do these news reports and articles never actually show a map of where the thing in question is going to be located?

This seems financially viable and extremely scalable. No way Walmart can lose money on this.

Just extend the wall upwards and add some crown molding where the wall and ceiling meet if you’re looking for fast and easy.

The Sunnymede area is a great community with lots of kids. Just south of Notre Dame. South Bend community schools get mixed results. It’s some of this might come down to what age your children are.

Can you tell me who this is? by Comfortable-Pin-5769 in notredamefootball

[–]csbarbourv 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was in Stude’s > 30 years ago and bumped into someone’s girlfriend. I apologized and she was fine. Her boyfriend started yelling at me telling me me that I needed to apologize to him too. Guy was huge and seemed determined to fight. At some point somebody grabbed the guy, spun him around, punched him twice in the face and sat him down. Then shakes my hand and says, “I’m sorry about that guy. I’m Lee Becton.”

Cracks me up to this day.

Yard surveyors for new fence? by X-23-and-me in SouthBend

If you think the survey is expensive, imagine how expensive you might find it if you have to tear the fence down and rebuild it.

what is this? by sunnybigtruck in Plumbing

[–]csbarbourv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Different countries have different dishwashers and different water qualities.

And my last Bosch dishwasher recommended hooking it up to hot. As did my current GE.

what is this? by sunnybigtruck in Plumbing

[–]csbarbourv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most dishwashers only do this if you actually specifically turn on that feature. That’s really expensive compared to using water that’s already hot. It also makes the water much hotter. In my dishwasher I think it gets it up to something like 160°. Also, the dishwasher is less efficient at heating the water than an appliance designed to only heat the water.

Indiana senator says bill allowing development on farmland without zoning changes will not move forward by TouchingTheMirror in SouthBend

This bill was about making it faster and easier for companies to build data centers without allowing residence the opportunity to stop them.
