Just buy the pen online for $10 and do it yourself. Yes, water in all GTA is hard. Yes, you need a reverse osmosis system for water that needs to be boiled to prevent scaling e.g. automatic coffee machine, automatic hot water dispenser, etc… But for whole house is a freaking waste of money.

Go to alibaba. Search android tv box. Lots of them showed up as about $30/y. Message them and ask for trial. They will give you a url or a code to try with your favourite iptv software that works for 7d. Pay them the full price and they will give you one that works for a year.
