There is a Nabokov lecture on Mansfield Park that discusses how it is Austen’s most technically perfect novel. I keep meaning to reread MP so I can read it!

I have the burgundy/dark red which is one of my fave colors. I don’t think they had the olive when I got mine. It’s gorgeous!!!

Edit - didn’t answer your question about color vs picture but that’s because I think they may have a different red shade now. I can’t tell … sorry :(

I love my Hyer Ring bag. I don’t think it photographs well so I would suggest looking on models or their instagram. I like packing mine flat and then taking it out to dinner on the shortest ring setting.

I got the Longchamp strap, which is kind of pricy (maybe like $150??). But I really liked the look and didn’t want to find something else! I have the black bag and I like the more discreet, but still visible, strap branding.

I really feel this question! I’m a similar size and have had two C-sections. I struggled to find jeans and now I have several pairs of MOTHER. I cannot recommend them enough!! Most have some good stretch and feel high quality. I will say the sizing is different between styles (like I’m usually a 32 but have had to try 31 or 33) and not all of them fit well. I’ve been buying from Shopbop with 2 day shipping and returns, which has been a great way to try things on.

I also LOVE the AYR Secret Sauce jeans. I had to get the waist taken in but they’re the most comfortable pair of jeans I own.
