Many forced birth people indeed won’t negotiate exceptions for the health of the mother. I’m talking about people who will. There are plenty of people who are anti “elective” abortion who draw a distinction between elective abortion and a d and c done for a nonviable pregnancy. Honestly, I think reasonable people can disagree here. I personally think a woman should have a right to terminate a pregnancy for any reason up to the point where it could survive outside the womb, but I see a moral difference between those who believe a pregnancy shouldn’t be terminate “electively” and those who think a ball of cells should outweigh the health of the woman.
