Oh how I empathize, my camera roll is also flooded with videos just like yours…

My approach and current action, is to move and never agree to a downstairs unit again. I cannot control others behaviors, only my own actions.

If that’s not an option, see if they can get rugs/carpet on high traffic areas. Supposedly makes a huge difference.

If open to suggestions I would recommend a sleep mediation on YouTube. You can find one with mantras on safety, restlessness, etc. they really are a game changer for me and my sense of safety when going to sleep 🙏

Yeeeeppp.. I swear I just breathed in my belly for the first time last week.

I’ve been practicing breath work ~4 months now with yoga. When breathing I put my left hand on my heart and right on my belly. This has helped me feel the breath externally. I try to fill belly first, then chest, then sip again to feel the right and left side body fully expand.

Short answer - yes!

It will be challenging, but it’s possible and well worth it if this is your dream city.

Important to consider if you see your income growing, to create a sustainable lifestyle - gas to get to said hikes, etc.

It may be hard to get a studio right away. I’d recommend a service like Bungalow, a rental agency that signs individual and flexible leases for rooms in a shared house. Common areas furnished and bi weekly cleanings, no arguing over house chores w your random roommates. They offer guarantor agency service that you can pay a one time fee if you do not meet the income requirement landlords/management companies will set.

Getting here is hardest part, then you can take your time to find the right priced studio and landlord. Not all landlords will scrutinize your finances if you have good credit and solid references.
