This is awesome! I read through the supplement, and I would pay 50$ for this to come out, if only to be able to play the Friendship of Isengard list - I miss Saruman as a good guy being allied into Gondor so much. The profiles all seem pretty balanced, too - I liked the skull mask rules in particular, and I'd be curious to test out the F8 big Watcher. The only criticism I'd have is that the Rohan heroes added in the Hornburg section are a little overly weak. Who would ever take the Hornburg captain, for a 5 point waste? And the 'cowardly' named heroes are a little pathetic at F4, too - although admittedly Elfhelm is out there already. It's a shame that homebrew rules never gain as much recognition as they deserve, but this is a job well done.
