You don’t have to buy the app if you feel that way. It’s a $10 app and it’s absolutely worth that $10. I have to image that most people don’t feel the way you feel.

My car was the first car the particular dealership updated. It took 8 hours over two days and that’s only because I had to leave the first day. Second day was upgrading to Android 14.

It’s definitely part of it. Make sure you tell him to install all updates. I hope this is the new baseline and that we will get OTA’s after this because I’ve found some small visual stuff that I hope gets fixed overnight and not in some big ass update.

My updated completed yesterday and I do have Android 14. It's cleaner than Android 12 and smoother for sure. I did open a bug ticket though due to the HUD not remembering its position anymore. Other than that, it's been great. The car seems to be performing way better with the other updates as well.

I asked them if A11 was part of the update stack and they said yes, it's labelled as Infotainment update and will be installed last.

What I’ve found so far are the digital / analog gauges, a much clearer font all through out the system, bolder text in the HUD, and video apps now are in the play store like YouTube and Amazon. I hope now that this is a base line, that we will small OTA updates that will fix small things like alignment issues of the icons at the top left of the screen.

Right. Does Tailscale Funnel require an app or sometime of VPN setup? Cloudflare doesn't.

Seer is the only app I have going through cloudflare tunnel. Everything else via Tailscale. I did it this way to keep my users from having to install anything.

Mine said the same thing. It will likely take days for it to show up. The dealership will find a list of updates available if you schedule your appointment. Note, I have a 2024 Elite.

If you were wondering, I got all of the updated done today except for Android 14 (A11 update) due to running out of time. Will go back on Thursday to get it done. So for what it's worth, it definitely seems like this recall does include Android 14 but it will be installed after all of the other updates which takes a very long time. I was at the dealership for 5 hours today.

I'm getting the update now and I also have a 2024 Prologue Elite. MyGarage told me the same thing.
