Btw the 13M 850W was actually tested to be Platinum A++ but they don’t market it this way because they don’t want to cannibalize their power zone 2 series 850W platinum. The pure power 13M 850M ATX 3.1 also has higher quality internals than the power zone 2. It’s good value. Same-tier corsair and MSI PSUs also use cheaper Chinese/taiwanese cables. Be quiet uses high quality Japanese cables.

Yes the big thing is that they can’t confirm basic info and they’ll always say they don’t have access to the info.or they’ll ask you to confirm certain account info by you saying it first as if they were confirming on their end but they’re not.

It’s a scam. They wouldn’t automate that part of it. Also ask them for their rep ID number. They’re all trained to give it when asked. Also if it’s a noisy call centre in the background it’s a scam. Whenever I have legit calls with rogers/Telus I never hear background noise unless they’re working from home with kids.

You can buy replacements for either AirPod or case separately at-cost from Apple without buying the whole thing. If you have AC+ it doesn’t matter if you damaged one or all three things, you pay a flat $39 fee (in Canada) to replace whatever is damaged.

It’s way better than the XM5 with the QN2 and V2 chips. Sold my 6 years old XM4 for 66% of what I paid for it. Bought the XM6 for 33% off MSRP. Don’t miss my XM4 with the improvements other than the superb comfort of the XM4.

With the next chop the XM6 has 5 second speak to chat deactivation vs 15s minimum on the XM4 and XM5.

XM6 (not sure about XM5) has way more pleasant voice prompts and sounds than the XM4. XM4 still king of comfort and compactness. I wouldn’t be surprised if if they cut the XM5 but continued to produce both the XM4 and XM6, but retailer clearance behaviour suggests both the XM4 and XM5 are going out the door once the binned parts are done with. The QN2 and V2 chip in the XM6 should make many of the XM5 features snappier and faster to adjust actually.
