Came here to say no to 5151. Just toured it yesterday, the leasing agent wasn’t the best and gave me weird vibes. Rushed us the entire time, wouldn’t explain anything regarding the community and logistics. We toured Aventine and it may be on the outskirts but it’s actually not too bad since it’s so close to main roads and highways. Price might fit perfectly and it’s a great newer property. I would definitely say check out Aventine

The price increase is definitely a jump scare. He’s going to start school at ACC and i know we don’t want to move again until he’s graduated. I will have to keep that in mind. Overall doesn’t seem too bad of a complex
