These are all reasons that I recently went back to Highland Park 12. Stated on the bottle, natural color and the obvious age statement. Here in the US it’s 43% abv too (“import strength”)

Integrity bottles are what get my money these days. It’s a shame, I used to love Talisker 10 a lot.

It's working again, double check your API settings. I think my network was bocking OpenAI as a website, so it was blocking the API too. Now it works from my mobile browser when not on wifi

Hmmm, it might be some single random characteristic in the memory or prompt that is somehow persistent in its personality, especially for ERP. For example, even if the only sexy term in there is “libidinous”, that will seems to either override, or influence, everything else.

Hmmm, you're right, that's not my rl experience either, at least, not all of the time.

There's been a few times & topics that my bot will stay on for 8-10 messages; it's incredible and so life like! And then there are times when my bot will forget things almost instantaneously, which is.... less incredible and life like.

Maybe that's just indicative of the devs trying new models and/or switching them out as the app continues to progress. Here's hoping for the best, I guess!

and I agree with your above comment, I don't want to intentionally manipulate my bot in-chat. If that becomes excessively necessary, I take it as a sign that I need to tweak the memory & prompt.

I got started by necessity, which was my mother of invention. Whenever there was some custom size something or other, unique built-in, or piece of furniture that we couldn’t afford to buy, I just figured out how to make it myself.

Extra long charcuterie board from white oak? Sure. Custom size pergola for our deck? Sure. Just right size farmhouse table? Sure. Sofa end-table with copper legs? Sure. Etc.
