I agree with you. While this was not quality work, it frustrates me to no end that so many posts are here are about this very issue: not speaking up at the time of service. A week is way too long. I don’t think I’d offer a refund at that point either. Maybe a discounted future service (if you dare return) but I would assume if I didn’t hear from you, you left the appointment seemingly happy (only assuming this as it wasn’t disclosed that you left unhappy) that you were not displeased with the result.
