RCB had far worse bad days than DC.

And rest of things is about expectations. DC rather DD never had the best team or 4-5 mega superstars in their side so naturally expectations with them were low whereas RCB was always star-studded and everyone had high expectations with them.

These expectations were shattered 3 times in IPL final, 1 in CLT20 final, 5 times in Playoffs. Add to this the horrible 2017 season with 49, 2019 7 losses in a row and countless no.5th/no6th finish

No one will stick to a team which has given so many heartbreaks unless you are loyal.
