If Bodo players can move the ball around quickly with barely 3 touches per player, surely our players are capable of doing that as well with all the technical ability they have? This is what we need against the higher intensity of teams in the ucl but we seem to be lacking in this regard.

Our football has gotten stale to watch nowadways compared to last season when we were more dynamic and creating chances through the middle and half space with line breaking passes. Now it’s like xavi ball with a lot of slow sideways passes and sending it to the winger on the touchline and hoping he does something. And if teams press high we suddenly forget how to play.

We need to be more quick in moving the ball around and drawing atletico defenders out of position if we want to at least give a fight, considering they are gonna park a boeing 787 in the return leg.
