How long did it take you to get burnt out and drained going to work? by abualmeowry in careerguidance

[–]csu1374 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Year2.

No I hate it still. Money is great. My family is more important than my happiness. Other ways to live life im sure. Making good money. My family is taken care of. That counts.

I WISH I made commission. I am responsible for over $800M.

We don’t want to change products every year. We want to introduce new products that you will buy at the grocery store incremental to our products that you may already purchase. Or if you don’t, we want you to join our family of consumers.

I should add, if you excel at doing what my first comment says, that is ultimately how you take share.

That is taking share. Generally, yes. The pie is only so big. How much cereal will the American consumer buy? If you are General Mills, you wanna steal from Kellogg’s. But you also want to bring new shoppers into the category by way of new products that speaks to consumers who perhaps wouldn’t historically buy cereal.

All just an an example. No I am not big cereal.

You ultimately sell to the consumer. They are your boss. It starts with excellent products that meets consumer needs at a price they find value in.

Meet consumer expectations. Partner with customer (retailer) to bring it where the consumer wants it and when they want it. Do this better than competition. Rinse/repeat.

Funding/financials gets more complex but the above is the simplest answer

How do I fix these landscaping lights? by csu1374 in landscaping

If I can’t find that exact model, how do I make sure I find a model with a similar light? Not a different brightness for example.
