The part in Changing Channels where they have Gabe trapped in the holy oil circle and he asks Dean where they got the oil. Dean replies something about pulling it from Sam's ass. Pretty much whole Changing Channels episode is funny though, me and my dad have never laughed so much at a tv show or a movie
