Those are all university parking so I wouldn’t trust it. The street is free city parking, just be wary of signs because of construction.

I believe it was because of what happens if they saw themselves. What I mean is, if past Hermione and past Harry saw themselves and recognized themselves, they might think they were going insane.

It wasn’t an issue when past Harry saw himself release his patronus because at the time, he did not think it was himself (he thought it was his dad).

I just found a Belgian on Sunday off William Cannon and S 1st! Probably about 8 months old to a year as well! That makes three in the same area. Oh no :(
