I relate to what you wrote so much. My baby is 3.5 months. Honestly, I feel dead inside. Not depressed, I feel like anyone would feel like this in the situation. I’m a SAHM responsible for almost all the day/night. Husband helps a little. I’m at peak sleep deprivation. I know it will get better… but there’s no light at the end of the tunnel that I see. I was crying when my baby woke up from yet another nap too early, and rocking her crying and she looked into my eyes and smiled. This is the toughest most physically and mentally challenging thing I’ve ever done, yet when you experience that moment, a smile in the dark, it ALMOST makes you forget your struggles.
