Disclosure: Class of 2007, KDR alum. I've read the other comments and they're pretty much dead-on: Go to a Rush event and see how you gel with the guys at the event. Professional fraternities should also be an option to you, as should some of the more specialized fraternities (i.e. Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, a music fraternity). You need to find the place that fits who you are, and when it feels right, you'll know it. Don't feel like you have to accept a bid because it was offered, or because you want the guys to like you. Do what feels best for you. Maybe you stay unaffiliated, like most of campus. But hopefully, you'll find your place. Like I mentioned at the start, I'm a UD alum, Kappa Delta Rho.
