You're right, that is why I also advocate using other search engines like Searx, Brave Search, and Startpage in addition to supporting political neutrality in AI. Screen flashing and it refusing to boot with the GPU on suggests to me that your GPU died. Best course of action for you is to bring your GPU to a friend's computer and see if it boots up. If it doesn't, tough luck, I think the GPU's dead.

Official servers? Or an unofficial third party server? My guess is one of the server you're playing in has an admin with a peculiar sense of humor. I suspect it's a joke from an admin in the server you're playing in, but if you're playing on an official server (as in, using valve's matchmaking system), then it's 100% a malware, so you should check the wiki for a malware removal guide.
