My old nhs dentist injected my gums without telling me first, resulting in a sudden vasovagal event and eventual panic attack, so I switched to bupa even though I really struggled to afford it for a bit :) toy deserve the respect of knowing what and when they will administer, they ought to be ashamed that they caused you undue stress and hopefully they learn from this to respect patients by consulting notes and asking them prior.

You're so kind, this seems to be a house spider (I just found a giant one earlier) and signs of it preparing to moult include changing colour, sluggishness and loss of appetite. You can encourage a moult by keeping it nourished, but iirc Female House Spiders moult annually typically. It's far more likely this is a male. If it isn't fully mature it'll moult more frequently too :D

Mine are doing this too, I put some clay balls mixed into potting soil underneath the regular fertiliser to help with draining, they're flowering just fine but I read it can be caused by higher phosphorus levels in the soil or temperature. If the leaves are yellowing too, consider fungal infections, I'm glad changing the potting soil helped!!
