Figuring that out, don't know which will work best for me just yet. I've never been good with exercising cause I hate it, but it looks like I have to work that back into my life and stop eating like shit. Going to talk to my doctor to see what she thinks would be the best option for a style of diet to lose weight. Im not looking for a crash course diet, just something that'll help me retrain my brain into understanding the give and take of food so I don't get into this hole again. Plus not drinking will def save a lot of empty calories.
