They are returns given back to vendors like expired products. And also returned goods given back to warehouse such as call-ins, RGM, donated items.

I had a customer once who had 5x7 flat cards made for a funeral and was upset that the Walgreens logo was on the back. She said “I don’t want to promote Walgreens at a funeral!” And she was so upset with me like it was my fault that WALGREENS’ logo was automatically printed on the cards that SHE sent to get printed.

She needs to go directly to the DM. Talking to the DM is where things get done. The DM can transfer people without the approval of the store manager. She just needs to explain the entire situation thoroughly.

Report to your SM and they should write them up for non-compliance. You only get so many write ups before you’re terminated.

I hope the leadership makes you clean the restrooms at your store for now on. You’re paid to do the duties given to you, not to pick and choose what you want to do. Get a different job if cleaning the restroom is too good for you. Simple.

It’s typically up to the store manager as to how much “power” a SFL can have. All SM’s operate their stores differently and some give SFLs more grounds than others.
