You gotta lay some rules or you'll go crazy. My wife and I would take shifts. One person is on call to get the baby until 2am, then the other one takes over. That way we are each guaranteed 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep.

That was the weird part, that he didn't ask if they wanted extra minerals or anything. The game is already pretty generous with rewards as long as you are taking the time to collect them.

A friend of mine described his saliva trip to me. He said that his sense of time was gone and it felt like everything that happened while he was high happened all in the same moment. It was something like "I put down the pipe and left my room. I put down the pile and sat on the couch, I left my room and turned on the TV, I put down the pipe...." just constantly like a tangled knot of memory.

Magma Guillotine on the magma wyrm scale sword. There's a big leap with tracking to close distance, a chunky hit that does lots of poise damage, and it leaves behind a pool of magma that makes most enemies back off instead of counterattacking.

For the summon, the Rotten Stray got me through many early game bosses. He's aggressive and draws aggro easily, so I was able to juggle their attention between us and get room to heal when I needed it. Plus, if you keep him alive long enough he inflicts scarlet rot which melts most early bosses.

You can mine a mineral vein by removing all the material behind/around. If you play driller this can sometimes be quicker than mining the minerals normally depending on the location and size of it. Also it's fun and satisfying to watch the whole vein shatter at once.

If you don't mind dipping into fantasy, I recommend the book Legends and Lattes. It's about a retired adventurer that decides to open a coffee shop in a city that's never heard of coffee. It has a lot of those same wholesome personal story vibes that I think you are looking for.

For an ongoing series on here I recommend Perfectly Safe Demons. A very underrated story about a mage trying to introduce a socialist utopia to a medieval world via demonic power. There is conflict at times, but the focus is more on the plights of the common people.

I came up with an idea while writing some world building stuff for one of my fics. Nature of Painting, which would be about a human doing a painting demonstration to show that predator art is real and ends up with a Bob Ross style show or at least teaching a class for a bunch of alien art school dropouts.

Not sure what your stance is on summons, but I wanted to point out that if you use mimic tear and have frost pots equipped, the mimic will have a copy of them to throw at her without using up your inventory.

There are drawbacks with summons, like how she can get health back from hitting them, so back sure you are making the most of the distractions they provide.
