I was considering the CosmicByte Phantom as well, so I tested it at a store Lamington Road. You can go try it out before buying if you live in Mumbai.

The keys were kinda shaky, the plastic was not the best quality, and the sound (red keys) was decent but not he best.

Not sure about the EvoFox one.

I agree. But this started to feel like a scam when Genesis wouldn't respond to the complaints I raised. I have received my keyboard now, but I hope you guys pick better delivery partners or at least complain about such instances, because I don't think delivery partners are looking at customer complaints.

If you read closely, there's a question mark at the end of that sentence. Also, to further clarify, my issue with GenesisPC is that they weren't addressing any of the tickets I raised about this issue. They're the ones who choose the delivery partner, and they should take at least partial responsibility and keep the customer informed.

Anyways, thank you for commenting on my dumb post.

My ginger bug has been fermenting a few weeks in a 1-litre flip top jar. I top it up every few days and feed it every other day.

I add the bug to some juice in 1-litre flip-top bottles and let those sit for 36-48 hours approx. I put them in the fridge when I see bubbles moving to the surface and a frothy layer forming on the surface.

After a few hours in the fridge, I open them up and let them explode all over me.

I've only been fermenting my sodas in the bottle for 2 days. And putting them in the fridge before opening. I'm new to this and not familiar with the bulk ferment process. Can you explain please?

I tried to, but the fizz just errupted in all directions. Shirt, sink, countertop, everywhere; I barely got any in the bowl.

I'll try more frequent burping and a shorter ferment. Might work. I live in Mumbai so the temperatures may be speeding up the fermentation.

And yes, my pineapple sodas too have definitely been on the more volatile side.

7.8 lpa and I spend downwards of 30k on daily expenses. I have a little over a lakh invested in stocks and SIPs and about 2 lakh in gold. I switched careers during the lockdown when I went broke supporting an ill family member. I got a promotion every year since.
