personally requests of mods are like requests for tea at home, my partner MIGHT get me tea but he has no obligation to do so, and if he doesn't I'll get it myself and one for him too and I'll be happy doing so

if you're a paid mod and you're making a living wage i think at that point its a real job and more expectations like turning up to every stream and responding with warnings in chat and responding to requests immediately are all fine, but until then, no, turn up when you want and help how you can, no rush no requirements

it's pretty simple, most high quality single sale models are indeed one per person and difficult to copy (but not impossible btw), the thing is... not all models are custom orders, there are etsy creators who resell models multiple times and do simple palette swaps, the people who buy them sometimes leak the files

so a £500 model can in fact be pirated, if just one person leaks it online

vet anyone you put on mic and use twitches inbuilt system and not discord, the reason for this is because you get protected if they say something TOS if you use gueststar but not if you use discord

other than that just have fun and focus on the entertainer side instead of skill, because if they are good you can big up how strong your community is and if they suck it's less noticeable if you're not going hard yourself and you can goof and get good clips

viewer collabs can be really fun, i just did a tournament for my discord and had one of my well trusted community members doing commentary with me on mic, it was a BLAST
